1. Purpose

• Account authentication and service delivery
• Pet profiles, daily, growth, health, and family-sharing features
• Support, safety, and prevention of misuse
• Push notifications and advertising where applicable

2. Data we process

• Account identifiers, email address, and provided display name
• Pet profile, daily and health records, notes, and uploaded photos
• Family invitation, membership, and role information
• Push token, app version, operating-system, error and service-use information
• Support-request content and account email

3. Retention

We collect data through account creation, social sign-in, profile and record input, photo upload, family invitations, support, and notification settings.

We intend to delete relevant data when an account is deleted, except where retention is legally required or necessary for a dispute. Final retention schedules will be confirmed before launch.

4. Processors and international transfers

PetDaily uses Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for authentication, storage, photos, account deletion, and notifications.

Information may be processed through Google’s global infrastructure. Required transfer details will be finalized from the live project configuration before launch.

5. Advertising and your choices

We do not sell personal information. Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) may be included in the app. Advertising identifiers and consent controls will be disclosed and managed according to the actual advertising configuration and applicable law.
